Summary: Frustrating as I had booked a ground level room months ago when I amended the dates and I was put into a room on the second floor with three sets of stairs. Minutes after checking into the hotel I walked into the room and there were hotel staff “double checking” the room was clean. This was uneasy as I had already checked in and the room should have been cleared in order for me to get my room key.

Summary: Such comfortable ., easy check inn the staff was so patient waiting for me to check inn at 2:30 AM for the reason of car breakdown that’s the reason we’re too late and yet the staff was so friendly and welcome me and my kids . Thank you. Cheers!

Summary: Our room was tiny. The furniture were shabby. My blanket had a burn hole. I found a black, long hair on the shower curtain when we arrived and drywall dust on the bathroom walls. The area in which the hotel is located is very sketchy and there was a lot of marijuana smoking going on. I would not stay there again. Room cleaning and refill of shampoo and conditioner did not happen.

Summary: The staff was great and friendly. Parking was difficult because there weren't many spaces. However, the room was really clean and accessible for what we needed with our dog. There was a lot of vagrancy around the hotel, but that wasn't their fault. It's everywhere in PG. We had to walk through a group of people smoking pot to get to our door. I know it's legal and I have no problem with people who like to smoke it. I just don't like the smell at all and it hangs in the air. This was on hotel property in front of our door....don't know why there were right there and not in front of whatever room they had. The place must have thin walls because you can hear everything, people watching TV in the next room, the shower in the room above, people talking outside. I have to say though, the place was worth the money, so please don't be discouraged if you don't mind noise, and vagrancy. The room was very clean.
